Geraldine Holton Cross Professional Supervision

Cross Professional Supervision provides a safe learning space where all aspects of the self, physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual can be explored and developed to enhance practice.

Geraldine Holton originally from Dublin, is an innovator in the area of supervision and spirituality. She is co-founder and co-director of An Croí Wisdom Institute. Her background in adult learning and professional practice has been the foundation for her leadership in the field of supervision. She has developed a cross-professional approach to supervision and training programmes in Supervision, Counselling and Spiritual Guidance at undergraduate and post graduate level. She was director of Ireland's first Masters Programme in Supervisory Practice at All Hallows College Dublin and is currently director of Wisdom Supervision a Professional Training Programme in Cross-Professional Supervision at An Croí. Her approach is creative and contemplative and is grounded in sound theory and practice with seeking wisdom at the core of her work. She is chairperson of the Supervisors Association of Ireland (SAI) and is currently in the final stages of doctorate research and has recently had her work ‘The Soul of Supervision’ published by Morehouse Publishing.
